The Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club’s Main Lodge is designed in the tradition of a grand Hunting Lodge, like those built out West. Here, at the Hunt Club Grill, you’ll find some of the best wild game dining this side of the Atlantic.

The Hunt Club Grill menu is a collection of recipes, foods, sauces, and accoutrements gathered from all over the outdoor world. As hunters and outdoorsmen, we have traveled worldwide in pursuit of upland, waterfowl, fish and big game. In our travels, we’ve met some of the world’s most fascinating people, had great adventures and fabulous food. Order up a pitcher of brew and a plate of Duck Tenders or Walleye Fingers done up in that special “north of the border” way. For better onion-rings you'll have to go to Saturn. To equal our Quebec Fries, you will have to make a trip to Montreal. Pomme frites, monsieur?

Of course we have burgers, led by the all-time favorite Trigger Burger. Supporting the burger cast are the new steak sandwich and the Elk Camp No-Bull Burger. Hearty soups like the Horse and Hunt River Wild Rice and Elk & Black Bean Chili are available to tempt your taste buds.

Most holidays and for special events, we prepare a Sunday Brunch at The Hunt Club Grill that is without comparison. How does Pineapple Mango Pasta Salad and Wild Rice Salad sound for starters? Add a little Peel & Eat Shrimp and Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and you’ve just begun. Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Bacon & Sausage and French Toast round out the breakfast portion of your meal. Then it’s on to Dinner Faire with Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf, Cheesy Potatoes, Beef Stroganoff, Stuffed fish and Salmon with a Dill Cream Sauce. Top it off with a carving station serving up Veal, Beef, Venison, Ham, Turkey, and Pork Loin and you’ll truly enjoy a fabulous feast!
